For the WordPress deployment, EL-Chat automatically acquires the properties without any coding for the supported real-estate themes. For themes that are not yet supported, our staff can program the interface for your properties to be fed to EL-Chat for $200 (one-time payment). For the javascript deployment of EL-Chat, minimal programmation is needed for EL-Chat to acquire the properties. Our staff can also program the interface for your properties to be fed to EL-Chat for $200 (one-time payment).


Currently, RealHomes and Houzez are supported, but the list will grow shortly. Verify this page for the entire up-to-date list of supported themes in the future if desired.

For the WordPress deployment of EL-Chat, if the corresponding website uses a supported real-estate theme, the configuration consists in entering the API key on the EL-Chat admin panel. No further configuration or programming needed.


For the WordPress deployment of EL-Chat when the corresponding website does not use a supported real-estate theme, or for the javascript deployment of EL-Chat, programming a hook to acquire properties is required (about 10-15 lines of code).
